At Earthwise Seed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your eco-friendly apparel isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email to ensure a low-impact transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back into their original biodegradable packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
